This sporting course at the very heart of Moorea is a real delight for sportspersons who are not afraid of sweating. The difficulties of the course are offset by the natural magnificence found in the deepest parts of the island.
Objectives of this raid :Painapo Raid includes highly diversified mountain courses in dense forests full of sweet odours. By crossing streams, paths and fruit plantations, the Raid unveils all the riches of our island in a "deep nature" atmosphere, with panoramic views.
The many steep slopes (more than 400 metres in altitude difference) make this course a very challenging one. It can be run either individually or in teams.
Cette année (2007) il n'y aura pas de course individuelle.
Le Te Moorea Club encourage tous les athlètes à profiter de ce Raid et des panoramas exceptionnels qu’il offre. Si vous souhaiter participer à ce Raid mais que vous n’êtes pas en équipe de trois, le Te Moorea Club peut prendre votre candidature et proposer des équipes pour former un trinôme.

07 h 30 : Convocation des athlètes à VAIARE (terrain face Electra)
08 h 45 : Départ de la course en montagne
11 h 30 : Arrivée approximative des premières équipes au terrain de football du Lycée Agricole. Rafraîchissement, tee-shirt finisher et résultats disponible à l'arrivée.
12 h 30 : Ouverture du stand repas au terrain de football (OPUNOHU)
14 h 00 : Remise des prix
16 h 00 : Départ des bus vers le quai des ferries
16 h 50 : Départ du Moorea Express vers PAPEETE
